Love, and the Apocalypse
What happens when everyone expects the apocalypse—and nothing happens? Love, and the Apocalypse is the story of a college student navigating a world, and a love life, that nearly self-destructed just in time to be saved.
Darren Katcoff is a slumping student at Paul Richard college outside of New York City when the skies clear and the Earth is miraculously saved. But even with the new beginning, his parents are unwilling to keep him in school. Running out of options, he accepts their conditions to become a psychology major, under the tutelage of the mysterious Professor Albert Drake.
Inspired by Drake, Darren begins to study a cult called the Four Beasts, who predict the world’s end one year later than commonly thought. With the help of his brother and the Professor, he embarks on a mission to understand their inner workings.
